Tasman Cioppa is a veteran drummer who has played hundreds of shows throughout the tri-state area. Starting the drums at just 7 years old, Tas has been honing his craft for nearly two decades and is comfortable teaching any genre you can think of, from jazz, to metal, to everything in between.

A New Jersey native, Tas is deeply ingrained within the state’s music scene and can be found playing shows with his band “The Martyr.” Some of his most prominent performances include shows alongside national touring acts Escape the Fate, Alesana, and Jonny Craig, among others. Tas has been a teacher at Lakehouse since 2023, and has a passion for ensuring that students enjoy learning the drums.
