Mike Henningson

Mike is a punk rocker, singer-songwriter, and guitar player raised at the Jersey Shore. Mike has been a musician for the last two decades playing in various punk rock and ska-punk bands performing at venues, bars, and breweries throughout New Jersey. Currently, Mike actively sings and plays guitar in the punk rock band, Dogfather, as well as solo.

Mike earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, his B.S. from Rutgers University, and his A.A.S. from Brookdale Community College.

Before joining Lakehouse Music Academy, Mike was a practicing attorney specializing in labor and employment law. However, in May 2023, Mike joined Lakehouse because he knew he had to pursue his true passion - music.

Mike seeks to share his musical passion and experience with each and every student at Lakehouse.
